Helping Liberia

The Lakeside church is in to process of helping Brother Weah, overseer of Liberia to finish a home for his family to live in. We are doing this through the Harvest Partners ministry. Brother Weah has been working on this house for 8 years and we would love to see it finished by the end of the year. His wife, Sister Weah cooks all their meals outside because of the need for a facility. If you can help in some small way see or call Brother Tommy Long for details on how this may be done. It will take only $7,000 to complete this project. May God bless your efforts.

Dates to remember

Pick up a calendar when you are at church so that you will know when events are happening.
On October 2nd the Adoption Ministry has a carnival planned and would love for you to be a part.
On October 9th the Men's ministry has planned a golf tournament and invite you to participate if space permits.
The 'TeamUP' conference 'Reviving North America through the Youth Harvest' for North America will convene in Murfreesboro on October 27 - 30. Anyone may attend. For more details and the cost of the conference see Pastor Leon.

Revival Spirit prevails

We are thankful for the times we gather and the Holy Spirit is with us to bless all that come. We are experiencing people being healed and saved and prayers answered. If you do not attend a church and live close enough to come you are invited to be a part of our fellowship here at Lakeside.

Movie Night

Saturday evening, September 11th. at 7:30 you are invited to gather for fellowship and a good Christian movie.
There will be a time of fellowship and food for those who come to enjoy an evening with fellow Christians and make memories.
