Crabb Family Concert

They came, we went, everyone had a great time together as local praise teams sang and the Crabb Family blessed us in song and in testimony. I believe God was glorified in the gathering of church folks from all the churches in town and surrounding area. The Family did a great job in song and desire to come again to our town for revival. If you missed the concert on Sunday, August 13th, you missed a great concert. SORRY!!!!!!

Happiness Musings

The best kind of friend is the kind you can sit on a porch and swing with, never say a word, and then walk away feeling like it was the best conversation you've ever had.

The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything; they just make the most of everything that comes along their way.

The Lighter Side

The Lady told her neighbor, "My husband bought me a mood ring the other day. When I'm in a good mood it turns green. When I'm in a bad mood, it leaves a red mark on his forehead.

Death Notice

This morning, August 10th, Sister Willie Lawson, a great prayer intercessor for lots and lots of people across our nation and around the world went to be with the Lord. Through heart failure the Lord saw fit to carry her home. She was our Sunday morning speaker only weeks ago and bless us with her ministry. She will be greatly missed by many people who trusted in her prayers to help them through troubling times. Pray for her husband Sherman and for the family. We have suffered a great loss but heaven has gained so much.

Our Sunday Service

We had an outstanding service Sunday, August 6th. The Holy Spirit was with us in a very special way. Praise and worship brought us into the presence of the Lord, some danced, others shouted as His presence was manifested. One was saved and another who was Catholic was filled with the Holy Ghost and spake with tongues during this time. What a day!!!!!!!

Special Prayer Request

We ask you for prayer for Sister Willie Lawson, one of our prayer intercessors who lives in Safford, AZ. They do lots of mission work in Mexico with the poor and needy people in that area. Many have been saved through their ministry. She was in need of a pace maker for her heart but has now had a heart attack and needs us. Pray God's will in the lives of Sherman and Willie Lawson at this time.
